Making savory and nutritious spinach tofu (boiling spinach)
A few days ago, I ate seasoned vegetables mixed with tofu at the cafeteria. Maybe it's because there's tofu in it, but it's really savory and delicious. So I made spinach tofu with spinach at home.

Ingredients
  • Spinach
    200g
  • Tofu
    380g
  • crushed garlic
    0.3T
  • brewed soy sauce
    2T
  • Sesame oil
    1.5T
  • sesame salt
    0.5T
  • Salt
    0.5t
  • a thick salt
    0.3T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, I'm going to trim spinach. Cut off the roots a little bit. And cut off the yellow or damaged parts.
STEP 2/9
Cut the long spinach in half and separate one stem at a time. You don't have to cut short spinach. And rinse thoroughly three to four times.
STEP 3/9
Add about 0.3T of thick salt to boiling water. Then add the rinsed spinach.
STEP 4/9
Turned the spinach over once or twice to soak in hot water. And parboil it for about 40 seconds.
STEP 5/9
Rinse the blanched spinach in cold water and squeeze it by hand.
STEP 6/9
Wrap tofu in cotton cloth and squeeze until it is as dry as possible.
STEP 7/9
Put spinach and tofu in a bowl and add 0.3T of minced garlic, 2T of brewed soy sauce, 1.5T of sesame oil, 0.5T of sesame salt, and 0.5T of salt.

Mix it with your hands.
