Rice cooker cabbage potato pancake

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put 1T of cooking oil in a rice cooker and spread it out with a kitchen bowl
STEP 2/9
Peel 30g of potatoes, 30g of cabbage, and 30g of onions
STEP 3/9
Add 1/2 green cheongyang peppers and 5g of carrots with fillers. Add 2 eggs, 1 ton soy sauce, 1 pinch of salt, and pepper
*Carrots are added for color, so if you don't have it, you can skip it when it comes to taste

Add 10g of flour and mix
STEP 5/9
Pour the dough into a rice cooker, spread evenly, and cut 1/2 red cheongyang peppers and place on top. It's for the color, so you can skip it
STEP 6/9
Please reheat it for 9 minutes
STEP 7/9
Please make seasoned soy sauce while waiting. 2T of thick soy sauce, 1/2t of red pepper powder, 1/2t of garlic powder (or ground garlic), 1t of sesame oil, 1/2t of sesame seeds

If you reheat it for 9 more minutes, it's done

I took it out with a silicon fritter tender. It's delicious if you dip it in seasoned soy sauce. It tastes healthy because you can eat various vegetables together
