When it's boring to just put beans in rice, it's good for a few days if you boil them down and make them side dishes. I recommend that anyone can do it by reducing the total cooking time from the time it's called^^

Ingredients
  • black beans
    2cup
  • Water
    220ml
  • brewed soy sauce
    4TS
  • salted anchovies
    2/3TS
  • Oligosaccharide
    2.5TS
  • Sesame oil
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse beans lightly and pour boiling water and soak for at least 30 minutes. It's better if you cover it.
(*My own tip that I often use to make it with attributes) I think it'd be good for those who need to shorten the time^^)

Drain the soaked beans.
STEP 3/7
Make stolen goods in a pot with water, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
STEP 4/7
When the beans start to boil, open the lid slightly
Boil for at least 17 minutes (within 20 minutes).
STEP 5/7
Add oligosaccharide or grain syrup and simmer for another 3 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Turn off the heat and mix it with half a spoon of sesame oil!
