Seaweed-eared sea snail salad made with healthy seaweed-eared en
I love seafood, so of course I always eat seaweed ears. You all know that seaweed is really good for our body! I also cook a lot of seaweed, especially seaweed soup or fried seaweed, and among them, I dip dried seaweed ears in red pepper paste, fry them, and eat them, and eat them with seasoned. Seaweed ears are made into enzymes. Today, I added seaweed ear enzymes and made sea snail salad.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
I prepared a can of whelk.
STEP 2/14
Drain on a sieve, but use the small ones and cut the big ones once.
STEP 3/14
Wash seaweed ear enzymes clean in water.
I washed it with water to get rid of some slips.
The slippery part is good for your health, but I thought it wouldn't go well with the sea snail salad, so I rinsed it out.
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please.
STEP 4/14
Cut the top of the perilla leaf, roll it, and shred it.
STEP 5/14
Shred it and shake it off.
STEP 6/14
Cut the cucumber and onion sideways.
STEP 7/14
Cut the green onions sideways, too
STEP 8/14
Please make the sauce. Add red pepper paste 2, red pepper powder 4, 1 spoon of flavored soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 plum juice, 2 sugar, 1 minced garlic, 1 wasabi to your taste, 1 sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix well. Add dark soy sauce instead of flavored soy sauce.
STEP 9/14
Place seaweed ears, vegetables, and whelks in a bowl
STEP 10/14
Pour in the sauce and mix well.
STEP 11/14
Delicious side dish for drinking. Seaweed ear whelk salad is done
STEP 12/14
Place the seaweed ear whelk salad in a bowl and add a lot of shredded perilla leaves on top of it. Please stand by me, Somyeon.
STEP 13/14
It's sweet and sour and chewy seaweed ear whelk salad.
The whelk is chewy, the seaweed ears are crunchy, and the side vegetables are crunchy. If you eat it together, it tastes like you've become a king. It's a taste that everyone has. These are the treasures of the delicious land and sea that are mixed evenly to create a rich taste.
I think it's a better concerto because it's mixed up.
STEP 14/14
My mouth is just happy with the great combination of delicious land and sea. In addition, there is a delicious somyeon, so it boasts perfect food for a meal along with a side dish that is not lacking.
It's a very happy dinner because I can eat delicious food and drink.
It's made with seaweed ear enzymes that are good for constipation. It's less irritating with noodles.
