How to make a potato dish, cream sauce, nyokki
I made a potato dish using summer potatoes. Instead of potato gnocchi made by cooking the usual dough in water, they made crispy outside and sticky gnocchi grilled in olive oil.

Cooking Steps

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, put them in a pot, add water and a small spoon of salt, and boil the potatoes.

Throw away all the remaining water from the properly cooked potatoes and mash only the potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese powder to the mashed potatoes and knead them thoroughly.

Make the gnocchi dough long and cut it into bite-sized pieces. The thickness is about 1 to 2cm. Add flour to the peeled dough so that it does not stick to the cutting board.

The point is to bake it brown and crispy on the outside!

In another pan, roast the Vienna sausage until golden.

After that, add all the sauce ingredients and continue to stir until the sauce is concentrated and season.
