STEP 1/13
1. Remove ham from hot water and wash other vegetables thoroughly.

2. Slice the garlic into small pieces, between 0.2 and 0.3cm thick.

3. Cut the onion into 0.3cm thick pieces.

4. Chop up the chives and prepare them.

5. Cut the ham into 0.5cm thick pieces.

6. Lastly, cut the perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces.

7. Mix 2T of soy sauce, 1.5T of plum juice, 1T of sugar, and 100ml of water.

8. Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry sliced garlic as if frying.

9. Remove the grease from the pan and grill the ham back and forth.

10. If the ham is golden, pour the prepared seasoning and boil it down.

11. Boil the ham and stir-fry the onions in the remaining seasoning.

12. Put 1 bowl of rice in a bowl and put the stir-fried onion on top.
STEP 13/13
13. Put spam, perilla leaves, and garlic chips on top and sprinkle chives as a finishing touch.
The more garlic chips there are, the more flavor comes to life.
When you eat it, it's much better if you put onions, garlic chips, perilla leaves, spam, and chives evenly.
