Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared about 400g of meat.
You can use the same recipe up to 1 geun (600g).
STEP 2/8
Mix 1T of soybean paste, 1 to 2 bay leaves, and 1 bag of coffee (canumini) in 1L water.
STEP 3/8
Add the meat and place over high heat.

You can use ground garlic.
You can add 1/2 onion.

Boil over high heat for about 20 minutes, then cook over medium to medium heat for about 40 more minutes.

Boil for 50 to 60 minutes, remove from the heat, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
