STEP 1/12
Raspberry wine was slightly washed in water and drained by a sieve.
STEP 2/12
Disinfect the bottle containing raspberry syrup and raspberry jam
STEP 3/12
Raspberry and sugar are prepared 1:1!
STEP 4/12
If you do it all at once, sugar doesn't melt well
I added raspberry and sugar separately.
STEP 5/12
I repeated this process by adding sugar and raspberry well so that the raspberry does not explode and then adding raspberry and sugar again.
After a while, the sugar melts.
STEP 6/12
If you put the raspberry syrup in a hot sterilized bottle, the raspberry syrup is done!!
STEP 7/12
Bring to a boil the remaining raspberries and sugar in a pot.
STEP 8/12
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot
STEP 9/12
I didn't like it when I put it on bread, so I sifted it out once.
STEP 10/12
Stir the sifted raspberry jam continuously until desired concentration.
STEP 11/12
If it's at the desired concentration, put it in a hot sterilized glass bottle and it's complete!!
STEP 12/12
I put it on the bread the next day, and the jam looked hard when I saw it, but I was surprised that it was applied so smoothly on the bread!!
It's not too sweet. It's perfect^^
