braised uncooked soybeans
When we cook soy beans, we usually cook them with stir-fried beans, but today, we didn't stir-fry them and cooked them right away. It's not hard but chewy soy bean stew. It doesn't smell fishy even if you don't stir-fry it. When I boiled it with a large anchovy, it tasted delicious, and it became chewy and close boiled soybean. It is a side dish that is good for children's growth and for adults to provide protein.
