Ingredients
  • Milk
    800ml
  • potato starch
    4spoon
  • Sugar
    6spoon
  • Vanilla Extrack
    3~4drop

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Stir in potato starch and sugar in milk.
STEP 2/6
Pour into a pot and bring to a boil, stirring over low heat.
STEP 3/6
When it boils, add vanilla extract.
STEP 4/6
When the milk becomes thick, put it in a container and cool it down.
STEP 5/6
Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours.
STEP 6/6
Scoop around and decorate.

    Oh! I made healthy ice cream with simple ingredients and ate it.Thank you. ^^ I made it with mascobado and vanilla oil, but it tastes better than the ice cream I buy.Lol. It took too long on low heat (induction 3-4) so I turned it to medium heat (5), and the potato starch is slightly clumped up. (It took 30 minutes though.400ml of milk) I'll try to control the heat well next time.Thank you for sharing the recipe!
