Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the eggs from the refrigerator at room temperature for about an hour.
STEP 2/4
I used an electric pressure rice cooker for six people.
Wet a sheet of washcloth with water and lay it on it,
Pour 200ml of water.
STEP 3/4
Put a steamer on it, put an egg, and then close the steamer.
STEP 4/4
Set the universal steaming function for 90 minutes and press the cooking button.
If there is no universal steaming function, cook white rice more than twice. I recommend the multi-purpose steam function. (Refer to Video)
