Ricotta Cheese Salad & Balsamic Dressing
It's ricotta cheese salad with simple balsamic dressing. It's good for brunch if you eat it with bread^^

  • salad vegetables
  • cherry

  • balsamic vinegar

  • olive oil

  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak salad vegetables in cold water for a while.
STEP 2/8
Rinse salad vegetables soaked in water under running water.Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces while washing them.
STEP 3/8
Drain vegetables through a sieve.
STEP 4/8
Slice the apples thinly and cut the cherries in half to remove the middle seeds.
STEP 5/8
In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil, and a little honey.
STEP 6/8
Place moderately drained salad vegetables in a bowl and top with apple slices and cherries.
STEP 7/8
Scoop ricotta cheese with teaspoon and place as many salad vegetables as you like.Put your favorite dried fruits such as walnuts and almond cashew nuts on top.
STEP 8/8
Please complete it with the mixed balsamic dressing.
