STEP 1/8
Marinate chicken leg meat in milk for 30 minutes.

Cut vegetables into appropriate sizes.
*Soak cabbage in water for at least 15 minutes and wash it in running water for at least 3 times.

Rinse the chicken legs thoroughly in milk, remove the skin and fat, and cut them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 4/8
Mix 1T of baby soy sauce, 0.5T of oligosaccharide, 1t of cooking wine, and 1t of minced garlic in chicken leg meat.
STEP 5/8
First, stir-fry seasoned chicken legs in a heated pan.
*Stir-fry the stock or water prepared so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 6/8
When the chicken is cooked, pour the stock or water and cook the sweet potatoes and carrots first.
STEP 7/8
When the sweet potatoes are almost cooked, add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry them until they are cooked.
STEP 8/8
When the vegetables are fully cooked, add sesame oil and finish!
Stir-fry while pouring broth or water so that it doesn't burn!
