STEP 1/8
Put an appropriate amount of cold water in a pot and boil the glass bottle right away.
If the water boils and the glass bottle is added, the glass bottle may break, so put it in with the water before it boils.
The glass bottle starts to rattle as steam rises in the glass bottle and the water boils.
Then, take it out within 5 minutes.
If you leave it for too long, the glass bottle may break, so be careful.

Wash cucumbers clean and soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes.

Drain and cut into bite-size pieces.
Don't slice it too thinly, but cut it to make it taste good.

Prepare cucumbers in drained glass bottles.

Put 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of pickling spice, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 and a half cups of bottled water, and a little pepper in a pot and bring to a boil.
