I saw a roll fried tofu rice ball kit at a supermarket. I looked it up out of curiosity, and it was to make fried tofu rice balls like gimbap. I want to buy it and try it, but I made it myself because I have frozen square oil left at home.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Chop about 1/3 carrot into small pieces.
STEP 2/18
Prepare an onion by chopping it into small pieces.
STEP 3/18
Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt.
STEP 4/18
Pour 2T of cooking oil into a pan and pour in the beaten eggs. And stir-fry it finely. Please put the fried eggs separately in a bowl and wait for a while.

Return to pan and stir-fry chopped onions, carrots, 1T of minced garlic and 1T of cooking oil until fully cooked.

When the vegetables are all fried, push them to one side of the pan and add 2T of thick soy sauce to one side to add to the fire taste. When the soy sauce boils up, stir-fry it with vegetables.

Put 4 bowls of cooled rice and 1T of oyster sauce in here.

Stir-fry the rice well.

Lastly, add 1T of sesame seeds and mix well to finish.

Put 650ml of water, 80ml of dark soy sauce, and 80g of sugar in a pot and simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Make frozen square fat so that it can be opened by cutting it like sandwich bread. It's important to cut it so that it doesn't rip off completely.

Boil the cut cubed fat in the marinated fried tofu for 2 to 3 minutes.
