Let me introduce Yeolmu Bibim Noodles.

I prepared noodles in 3 flavors.
Boil and wash in ice water.

Drain using a strainer tray.

Add young radish kimchi, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, plum extract, sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Mix beforehand so that the seasoning is well blended.

Add the boiled noodles and mix them together.

Wear sanitary gloves and mix well until the seasoning is cut.

Yeolmu Bibim-guksu is done.

If you want a sweet taste, add a little more sugar.

Today, I really liked Yeolmu Bibimguksu, which was ground tomatoes and eaten with tomato juice.
After boiling the noodles, put ice in it and rinse it for the last time, so you can feel the noodles more chewy.
