Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
450g webfoot octopus 150g cocktail shrimp 200g bacon pork belly (soak it in water to thaw)
STEP 2/8
Cut vegetables into small pieces. (Cut cabbage/carrot/onion/green onion/green pepper) Soak the glass noodles in water.
STEP 3/8
I'll make the sauce. (red pepper powder 3 red pepper paste 1 soybean paste 1 sugar 1 soy sauce 2 cooking wine 2 minced garlic 2 minced ginger 0.5 pepper)
STEP 4/8
Wash webfoot octopus and shrimp in running water, and blanch them slightly in boiling water. About 2 minutes (When water boils, soak the shrimp > parboil the webfoot octopus as well
STEP 5/8
Add a little bit of oil + green onion + ground garlic and stir-fry pork belly.
STEP 6/8
When 70% done, add carrots and cabbages first and stir-fry again over high heat.
STEP 7/8
Add onion + sauce + cheongyang pepper + bulged noodles and water. (Water enough to cover the webfoot octopus)
STEP 8/8
Boil over high heat > simmer over medium heat.
Including vegetables, I think it was about 3 servings. It's not octopus and gopchang, but it's seasoned well with jjukumi and pork belly shrimp, so I ate it deliciously because it was moderately boiled down. I should make it again next time^.~*
