Short rib patties fried rice
Today, I made tteok-galbi fried rice using tteok-galbi sleeping in the freezer. I will introduce you to Tteokgalbi Fried Rice that can be made with cold scallions and tastes good.

  • Korean style soy sauce
    1/2~1T
  • cooking wine

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Slice a green onion thinly.
STEP 2/11
Chop the carrot 1/3 into small pieces.
STEP 3/11
Grill 1 tteok-galbi evenly, cut it into small pieces, and prepare it.
STEP 4/11
Grease the pan with 1T of oil and stir-fry the green onions slightly.
STEP 5/11
When the green onion is slightly fried, add chopped carrots and stir-fry.
STEP 6/11
Add 1/2 or 1T of soy sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 7/11
Add 1T of cooking wine and stir-fry.
STEP 8/11
Add 1 serving of rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 9/11
I'd like some pepper, too.

Add the cut short rib patties and stir-fry them well.

Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, the tteokgalbi fried rice looks more delicious.
