Cut 15g of the flower part of broccoli.

Boil broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes and grind it in a blender.

Grind the soaked glutinous rice in a blender with 2 cups of water.

Put crushed glutinous rice, broccoli, and 2 cups of water in a pot and boil over high heat, stirring with a spatula.

When the rice starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes until the glutinous rice is cooked.

Sieve the finished rice and put it in a bowl.
* The stem part has fibrous tissue, so when you use it as a rice cake, you use the flower part.
* Broccoli is rich in vitamin C and high in potassium.
* Use glutinous rice to digest better than non-glutinous rice.
