STEP 1/9
Slice onions, paprika, and cheongyang peppers into bite-sized pieces, and slice mushrooms into thin slices

Mince garlic and ginger and prepare

Add potato starch and eggs to pork and mix well until well blended

Add enough oil to the wok and stir-fry the pork
STEP 5/9
Place pork in one place with oil when fully cooked

In the wok, add the pepper oil and the oil used to stir-fry the meat, then add the minced garlic and ginger

When garlic starts to turn golden, stir-fry all the prepared vegetables and mushrooms

When the onions start to be transparent, add the stir-fried pork and stir-fry it again
STEP 9/9
Season it with chicken stock, oyster sauce, and pepper
You can wrap the finished red pepper japchae in a flower bun or wheat pancake, or eat it as a rice topped with red pepper japchae!
Instead, if you eat it as a bowl of rice, the seasoning may become weak, so add a little more chicken stock or oyster sauce to the pepper japchae. :)
