Making whole wheat bread on a diet

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Measure whole wheat first.
If it's 250g of whole wheat, it's the size of a bread and you can eat it with your family
STEP 2/9
Prepare yeast by dissolving it in warm water with sugar.

Season the measured whole wheat with salt

Cover with wet cotton cloth and ferment at room temperature for 2 hours

    It's a very light bread. I reduced the amount to 2/3 and made it with dry cranberries instead of nuts. I made it at night, put it in the refrigerator after the first fermentation, took it out the next morning, and fermented it for the second time. F190 degrees for 22 minutes, and it's done. I think it'll be good to put this and that in and apply. Thank you.
