And cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces and put various mushrooms in the outer part of Sai. Place shiitake mushrooms on top of seasoned bulgogi. And cut the minced garlic, pepper, and green onion into big pieces and put them on top.

Pour in the broth. You can pour it on your own. It's because water comes from mushrooms, cabbages, and meat anyway, so boil it hard and taste it. If it's bland, add tuna sauce or soy sauce.
Since you eat while boiling continuously, the seasoning may be salty later, so you can add additional broth and make noodles or porridge.
The broth was natural seasoning seafood broth, but you can just use anchovy kelp broth or water. If you don't have it, just add water.

Now, boil it on the spot. When the meat is cooked, use the seasoned bulgogi to complete a simple yet nutritious dumpling hot pot.

After boiling the raw ramen, wash it in cold water and ice water, drain it, and put it in a dumpling hot pot to finish it off.
If you don't like noodles, you can add rice, eggs, seaweed powder, and kimchi to make porridge and eat it.
