Squid Basatang (Soup)
Frozen squid boxes are on sale at the Korean mart. I don't eat squid very well and it's not an item that children enjoy. In addition, it is true that the removal of the internal organs comes as a big burden because the husband always groomed the squid in the past. Leaving all the difficulties behind, I bought squid with butler Chingu and divided it half and half. As if he had planned something big, he threw a lot of frozen squid into the sink and prepared himself with a deep breath while melting. After firmly mounting plastic gloves on both hands, the squid body was kept in shape and the internal organs were removed. Sometimes ink splashes and fishy smells. Oh, I'm tired Two cut squid were placed in a sandwich zipper bag, four were vacuum-packed, and several chunks were put in the freezer. Squid, which may be eaten up anytime because it is not a favorite item, was piled up next to a barsa in the freezer. He said he would make squid soup to commemorate squid grooming, so Adlin asked him to put in the walvasa together. As for me, who has a stereotype that only squid has been added to squid soup, what? I wanted to do so, but the noble man told me to do so, so I grabbed a lump of vasa from the underground freezer and did it for you. Anyway, spicy fish stew seems to be satisfactory because it is a gentleman who eats fish for fun. What I wanted to make ambitious today was squid soup that was trimmed while enduring the smell that permeated both hands.

STEP 3/9
Stir-fry the red pepper powder and then add the cut radish and stir-fry together.
STEP 4/9
Add water and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/9
When the radish is cooked transparently, add soy sauce and fish sauce

Add minced garlic and spicy pepper.
STEP 7/9
Add squid and vasa.
STEP 8/9
When the fish is cooked, taste the last seasoning and add salt
STEP 9/9
Add green onions and wrap it up.
Be careful not to boil the squid for too long. Adjust the amount of chili powder to your liking. Be careful not to burn red pepper powder when making red pepper oil. Basas are white flesh fish that are common in marts. I usually buy it in a frozen state sold in fillet. I think you can use it as a flounder fillet in Korea.
