Making a unique drink, Ashotchu
Have you heard of A-shot recommendation? If you love coffee, you've tried this recipe at least once. Ashotchu is also popular as a home cafe, but you can easily find it on the menu such as Starbucks Ashotchu or Baekdabang Ashotchu. Ashotchu is short for adding shots to peach iced tea. At first, I thought it was weird to add coffee to iced tea. I made it with a canoe to make Ashotchu that I can make at home.

Cooking Steps

First, open two iced teas and put them in a cup. It's easier than I thought, so I don't think I need to explain this. The products are being released as the pouch for ASHOTTU. I think it would be good to taste it and buy it. There are many cases where you can't buy it, taste it, and eat it because it doesn't taste good.

We don't have espresso, so we prepared a canoe. I looked up the recipe and found that they use canoe a lot.

I added a bit of hot water and melted the ingredients. Stir until iced tea and canoe melt. If the prepared products dissolve well in cold water, add 200ml of water and stir well.

I added 200ml of water. The total amount of water is 200ml. There are different order of making it. Add iced tea first, melt it, add espresso, or melt it, add ice, add 200ml of water, and put espresso on top of it. I melted all the ingredients, then added water and filled them with ice.

It's said that the addition of A-shot is very addictive. It tastes like iced tea and tastes a bit bitter. Since it's summer, try making and eating Ashotchu.
