Making fish cake skewers and rice cakes on the street
When I went on a trip to Busan with my friend before, one of the foods I really wanted to try was water rice cake sold on the street. It's an unfamiliar dish in Seoul, so I remember eating it while being amazed. So I made rice cake soup with fish cake skewers on the street.

    1500ml
  • Radish

  • the liquid of tuna
    2T
  • brewed soy sauce
    3T
  • Anchovy pack again

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the radish into thick pieces and prepare 4 half-moon-shaped pieces.
STEP 2/8
Put 1,500ml of water in a pot, then add 4 slices of radish and 1 pack again. And boil it over high heat.
STEP 3/8
Fold the flat fish cake twice into a skewer and put it in a zigzag shape. I bought the skewers at Daiso.
STEP 4/8
Please squeeze the rice cake into the skewer.
STEP 5/8
Take out the stock pack about 15 minutes after the soup boils. Add 2T of tuna liquid, 3T of brewed soy sauce, and 1T of minced garlic for seasoning. Then boil the radish more until it is fully cooked.
STEP 6/8
When the radish is fully cooked, put the fish cake skewers and rice cake into the soup. I just need to boil it for five more minutes.

Lastly, add a handful of green onions. Then boil the green onions for a little longer until they are slightly cooked.

Fish cake skewers and rice cakes with a strong soup taste are complete!
