Japanese Curry Making/Onion Caramelizing

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Cut an onion into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/16
Grease the wok and stir-fry the onions for about 10 minutes

Stir-fry onions over medium heat until golden brown

Wash two potatoes, one carrot, and two mushrooms

Dice 2 potatoes and 1 carrot
Slice the mushrooms thinly, too

Stir-fry 200g of beef in caramelized onions
STEP 7/16
Stir-fry the meat until golden brown
STEP 8/16
Then add the prepared potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms and stir-fry them together

Sprinkle pepper, too

Add 4C water and curry powder and bring to a boil stirring well

I used a bit of a spicy taste of white curry
