How to make chicken tteokbokki, which is the same as a tteokbokk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of minced garlic, 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 90ml ground pear (drink) 180ml of red pepper.

Add tteokbokki rice cake and mix them together.

Let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. While marinating in the refrigerator, prepare the desired vegetables and fish cakes such as cabbage, onion, and sesame leaves.

After 1 hour, boil 1 piece of kelp in 540ml of water.

When the water boils, remove the kelp and put all the chicken and tteokbokki sauce that was marinated in the refrigerator.

Add cabbage when tteokbokki starts to boil and the chicken is about to ripen.

Add onions and green onions.

When vegetables are cooked, add one noodle (jjolmyeon, udon, ramen, glass noodles, etc.). Boil the noodles until they're cooked, and it's done.

Finish with sesame seeds and perilla leaves on top.
If you cut seaweed and kimchi into the remaining soup and make fried rice, it will be more delicious than the restaurant.
