STEP 1/6
They prepared the ingredients.
I prepared cereal, but you can use granola.
STEP 2/6
Cut the top part of the peach flat and cut the middle part.
Please don't cut too deep because the bottom shouldn't be pierced.
STEP 3/6
Peach seeds are spoons, so please use scissors and take them out.
And peel the peach, too.
STEP 4/6
Place a moderate amount of Greek yogurt in the seeding hole.
STEP 5/6
Wrap and refrigerate the Greek yogurt so that the visible area is down and let stand for an hour and a half.
Then you can eat it cooler and more deliciously.
STEP 6/6
The preparation time is short, but it takes a long time to put it in the freezer.
Place the cereal on a plate, take out the peach, place the greige on the bottom, and sprinkle honey.
If the peach is too hard, you can take it out for a day or two and use it after ripening.
It's even better if you put enough in the freezer.
