Making braised spicy chili peppers, a summer side dish that brin

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the top of the pepper, add baking soda and wash thoroughly.
STEP 2/8
Put sticky rice powder on the cleanly washed kkari pepper while it is wet.

Put glutinous rice powder in a disposable bag and shake it to coat evenly.
