Miso soup with enoki mushrooms
It is a miso bean paste soup with enoki mushroom tofu, which is good to boil in a busy morning or when you have to make a simple soup.

Ingredients
  • a small soybean paste
    1.5~2spoon
  • enoki mushroom
    1/2pack
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • leek
    little
  • a dried kelp
    3piece
  • Water
    3.5~4paper cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut off the messy bottom of the enoki mushroom and rinse it in running water. Cut it into 2 to 3 centimeters long.
STEP 2/9
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, too.
STEP 3/9
Chop the green onions, too.
STEP 4/9
Add 3 pieces of dried kelp to boiling water.Boil it for a minute and then scoop out the kelp.
STEP 5/9
Add 1 1/2 spoon of miso sauce to the kelp stock and mix well.
STEP 6/9
When the soybean paste soup boils, add the chopped tofu.Add tofu and boil it.
STEP 7/9
Add the chopped enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/9
Add the last chopped green onion and bring to a boil.
