Jjajang fried rice made with jajang powder
I didn't make jajang sauce with jajang powder. I added jajang powder to fried rice

  • Black bean powder

  • Cabbage

  • leek

  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • instant rice
    400g
  • dried shrimp
    20g
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
  • olive oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 onion, 1/3 carrot and 1 green onion
STEP 2/8
In step 1, add olive oil and stir-fry the green onions to make green onion oil
STEP 3/8
Add the vegetables and stir-fry them

Add 20g of dried shrimp when the vegetables are half cooked and the onions are slightly transparent

When I only added jajang powder, I added a spoon of oyster sauce because the seasoning was boring
Even if there was no water, jajang powder melted well due to the moisture from the vegetables and the heat from the frying pan, so I didn't feel any jajang powder when I ate it~ It feels different from eating jajang rice :) I think the seasoning is bland with jajang powder alone. I added oyster sauce, so please refer to it^^
