Chop 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 onion, 1/3 carrot and 1 green onion

In step 1, add olive oil and stir-fry the green onions to make green onion oil

When I only added jajang powder, I added a spoon of oyster sauce because the seasoning was boring
Even if there was no water, jajang powder melted well due to the moisture from the vegetables and the heat from the frying pan, so I didn't feel any jajang powder when I ate it~
It feels different from eating jajang rice :)
I think the seasoning is bland with jajang powder alone. I added oyster sauce, so please refer to it^^
