Marinate chicken in milk for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cut chicken tenderloin into thin slices and cook it quickly.
Grill as much as you want, and store the rest in a zipper bag.
If you cut the chicken as thin as possible, you can shorten the baking time a lot.
