STEP 1/9
Prepare 4 trimmed abalone and 4 abalone intestines.
STEP 2/9
Chop carrots and onions into small pieces.
STEP 3/9
Blend the abalone guts and 1 cup (200ml) of water in a blender.
Then transfer to a pot, add 2 cups of water (400ml), add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and boil.
STEP 4/9
When the water boils, add the prepared minced carrots, onions, 1 bowl of rice, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, stirring, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
STEP 5/9
After 5 minutes, separate the egg from the egg whites.
STEP 6/9
Boil the egg white in a pot for another 2 minutes and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add more salt if it is bland.
STEP 7/9
Cut all the abalones diagonally and dry them.
STEP 8/9
Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan and cook the trimmed abalone back and forth.
The abalone cooks quickly and you can grill it on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
When the abalone is done, turn off the heat and sprinkle with pepper.
STEP 9/9
Divide the porridge into a bowl and place the abalone nicely and add the egg yolk one by one.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 2 skewers of sesame salt on top.
