Smoked Pork Belly Cabbage Stir-Fried Recipe
This is the recipe for smoked pork neck cabbage stir-fry.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
-Soak 250g of cabbage in vinegar water for about 5 minutes and wash it clean. Then, cut it into cubes.
Cut garlic, carrots, and green onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Place 3T of cooking oil in a heated frying pan.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry green onions and garlic first to make oil. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/9
Add 120g of smoked pork neck, please.
STEP 5/9
Please make the sauce while the meat is cooked.
Add 2T of thick soy sauce, 1T of oyster sauce, 0.5T of sugar, and 1T of oligosaccharide and mix well.
STEP 6/9
When the meat is slightly cooked, add cabbage and carrots.
STEP 7/9
Pour in the sauce right away.
STEP 8/9
When the cabbage is slightly out of breath, turn off the heat and sprinkle about 0.2T of pepper.
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle 1T of sesame seeds and finish it off.
-You can use bacon or raw pork instead of smoked pork. When using raw pork, cook thoroughly and add cabbage and carrots.
