STEP 1/9
Stir-fry the sesame seeds in a grinder. Add 2 spoons of palm sugar and a pinch of salt and add hot water little by little to make a moist dough.
STEP 2/9
Wash 2 cups of beans, add a little water to the pot, and stir-fry until the beans make a sound.
STEP 3/9
After stir-frying, let it cool for a while and grind it slightly in a grinder.
STEP 4/9
Add 3 spoons of palm sugar and a little salt and mix it slightly moistly with hot water little by little.
STEP 5/9
Wash and boil 1+1/2 cups of red beans. When it is about to ripen, add 5 spoons of palm sugar and a little salt and boil it down.
STEP 6/9
Mix rice flour with lukewarm water and knead. If you make songpyeon, steam it in a pot, soak it in sesame oil, and remove it, it does not stick to each other. The rice powder I used is rice that has just been ground from the mill. It's seasoned with salt
STEP 7/9
You have to blow out the air when you make songpyeon. That's how it doesn't explode.
STEP 8/9
I'm steaming songpyeon with pine needles on top and steamed songpyeon. We use palm sugar when we make songpyeonso. Try it on. It's more delicious than when you use white sugar or brown sugar!!
STEP 9/9
If you put 1 spoon of sesame oil in cold water and add cooked songpyeon, it won't stick well.
The important thing when making songpyeon is to take out the air when making it. That's how it doesn't explode.
