Cut the pork in moderation and prepare it.
Wash vegetables clean and cut them into large pieces.

Put the cut vegetables in a pot and place the meat on top.

Add bay leaf, whole pepper, soybean paste, salt, and coffee powder and start boiling over strong heat.

When the water boils up, change the heat to medium and boil it for an hour.

Let the meat cool slightly and slice it.
You can enjoy it more deliciously because it's slightly seasoned with soybean paste and salt.
If you boil it too much, the meat will be crushed.
I poke my chopsticks in about 50 to 1 hour.
If the chopsticks go in well and the blood doesn't come out, it's cooked well.
