STEP 1/11
Put soju in flour-based water and soak chicken intestines for about 10 minutes.

After washing in water, cut the intestines into bite-size pieces and drain.

Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite-size pieces and prepare them.

Cut the green onion into 2cm pieces and cut the peppers diagonally.

Make the sauce with all the seasoning ingredients.

Place potatoes in a pot and add 1/3 of the sauce.

Place chicken intestines on top of it and 1/3 of the sauce on it.

Add carrots and onions and the rest of the sauce.

Pour water to the edge so that the seasoning doesn't spill, close the lid, and boil it for about 20 minutes.

Add green onions and peppers, boil it for a little longer, and turn off the heat

Transfer the chicken stew to a bowl.
If you wash the chicken intestines with flour and soju, it removes the smell and makes the texture chewy and soft. You can use flesh water instead of flour.
If you don't have chicken powder, you can add more tuna to your liking.
