STEP 1/13
Beat in one egg.
STEP 2/13
Bake 2 slices of ham first.
I don't have sliced ham at home, but I just have ham, so I cut it thin and used it.
Thick ham is better than thin sliced ham??
STEP 3/13
Prepare 1/2 bowl of rice and season with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
It's not hard because it's often done when you make gimbap.
STEP 4/13
Add the seasoning and mix the rice well. It's better to make it taste better.
STEP 5/13
Spread a sheet of rice paper and spread the seasoned rice thinly.
STEP 6/13
Grease the pan, heat it up, and bake it with rice paper rice. The fire is medium heat.
STEP 7/13
When the bottom is golden, sprinkle the beaten egg mixture evenly over the rice.
STEP 8/13
When the egg flows down the rice, fold the egg that flows down the rice with a spatula. Just make yourself at home.
STEP 9/13
Turn the rice paper rice over and bake until the eggs are fully cooked.
STEP 10/13
If the egg is cooked, turn it over again and spread the ham on one side.
STEP 11/13
Place 2 slices of cheese on top of ham.
STEP 12/13
And press down a bit with a spatula to make a line, and then fold it in half.
And if you bake it well, it's crispy on the top and bottom, and it's a rice paper rice sandwich.
STEP 13/13
Put it in a bowl and finish decorating with fruits at home
You can cut it with scissors or a knife, but if you eat it as it is, it can be a little greasy, so I recommend you eat it with chili sauce or sriracha sauce!!
