Ingredients
  • Melon
    1/2pack
  • Milk
    1paper cup
  • Yogurt
    2ea
  • condensed milk
    2~3spoon
  • baking soda
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, please prepare milk, plain yogurt, condensed milk, and a zipper pack. I'll freeze the ice for shaved ice first
STEP 2/14
In a zipper pack, mix 1 cup of milk, 2 plain yogurt, and 2 to 3 spoons of condensed milk.

Lay the zipper pack down, shape it flat, and freeze it in the freezer.
STEP 4/14
Sprinkle 2 spoons of baking soda on the surface of the melon and rub the surface with your hands.
STEP 5/14
Rub the melon with baking soda and rinse thoroughly under running water.

Wipe the surface with a kitchen towel.

Cut off the tip of the melon and cut it in half horizontally.

Scoop out the melon seeds with a spoon.

Scoop the flesh of the melon round with a round hwachae spoon.

Scoop out the pulp as much as possible with a fruit salad spoon and scratch the pulp on the floor with a spoon.

Take out the milk yogurt ice from the freezer, pat it down, and roll it around with a rolling pin.

Place milk yogurt shaved ice in a melon bowl that has just been dug out of pulp.
