STEP 1/9
Add 1kg of chicken feet and enough water to cover the chicken feet. Boil 1 tablespoon of whole pepper, 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, or 1 tablespoon of soju for an hour.
STEP 2/9
Remove the boiled chicken feet and discard the water. Wash boiled chicken feet with water to remove impurities.
STEP 3/9
Season well-boiled chicken feet. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of starch syrup, three tablespoons of red pepper paste, four tablespoons of red pepper powder, five tablespoons of thick soy sauce, two tablespoons of chopped garlic, and one tablespoon of pepper.
STEP 4/9
Lastly, add 180ml of pear drink (ground pear) and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
STEP 5/9
Pour 2/3 of the well-washed bean sprouts into the pot and add 2 tablespoons of salt.
STEP 6/9
When the water boils, add bean sprouts, turn off the heat, cover the lid, and leave it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the bean sprouts and leave the boiled water. (Because it's an ingredient for chicken feet.)
STEP 7/9
Add 6 ladles of boiled bean sprouts and marinated chicken feet.
STEP 8/9
Boil it for 30 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Finish by sprinkling boiled bean sprouts and sesame seeds.
