STEP 1/9
Add all the seasoning ingredients except sesame seeds and make the sauce first.
If you make it first at the beginning of the steamed dish, the red pepper powder will blow and the taste will blend.

If you add anchovy broth, it tastes much better.

After 1 minute, add beans, me, water, and carrots, leave them for a while, and when you're slightly out of breath, turn them over with the fish cake.
When you make steamed fish cake bean sprouts, if you mix it from the beginning, the bean sprouts may break, so when it becomes a little soft, you can mix them all together.

When the bean sprouts are cooked transparently, add all the sauce for the steamed dish and stir-fry while mixing evenly.
If you stir-fry it with both hands, it's easier and easier.

If the sauce for steamed bean sprouts is well mixed, add green onions and stir-fry them all over.
If you stir-fry it for a long time, don't stir-fry it for a long time. If there's a lot of water on the floor, stir-fry it on high heat. If there's not enough moisture, add a little water and stir-fry it to make it moist.
Fish cakes absorb water and stir-fry well without starch water.
