Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add all the royal tteokbokki sauce and mix.
STEP 2/11
Cut zucchini, carrot, onion, and pepper into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/11
Prepare rice cake by dividing the rice cake into four long pieces. It doesn't matter if you use regular tteokbokki rice cake.

Grill Korean beef ribs over medium heat.
STEP 5/11
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add the onion and stir-fry with pepper.

If the onion is well fried, add all the vegetables and continue to stir-fry over medium heat.

If the vegetables are well-fried, add 200ml of water.

Add the rice cake and boil it over medium heat until the tteokbokki boils.
STEP 9/11
When it starts to boil, add the sauce you made, boil it over medium heat for about 5 minutes, and then lower the heat to low heat.

It is important to keep boiling water so that the rice cake can be soaked with sauce. Boil it over low heat enough to bring out the concentrated tteokbokki.

When there is little water and the rice cake has a soy sauce color, put sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl and complete it.
It is a recipe for royal tteokbokki with a strong meat scent and a sweet and salty combination of vegetables and sauces. Tteokbokki should be stirred continuously so that the rice cakes do not stick to the pan, and it is important to boil it over low heat and turn off the heat when the concentration is certain.
