Cooking Steps

Prepare chilled air and gizzard shad.

Cut carrots into thin slices and prepare water parsley into 1cm pieces.

Cut perilla leaves and lettuce into small pieces.

Put sliced raw gizzard shad, cold rice, and vegetables in a bowl.
