Making the best bulgogi octopus hot pot as a guest food
As the weather gets colder, I tend to look for a lot of hot pot food. Usually, I make curry or shabu-shabu in the middle of winter, but this time, I put octopus and Korean beef in it to strengthen my energy and eat bulgogi octopus hot pot! I made Bulnak jeongol.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Before cooking, soak the glass noodles in water
STEP 2/13
Cut bulgogi beef into bite-size pieces and 1 tablespoon of sugar
STEP 3/13
2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 4/13
Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1.5 tablespoon minced garlic, mix well, and marinate beforehand
STEP 5/13
Remove the intestines from the octopus, then wash it with flour
STEP 6/13
Cut clean octopus into bite-size pieces and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 7/13
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well. Put the marinated bulgogi and octopus in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes
STEP 8/13
Now set the prepared vegetables around the pot. You can prepare vegetables at home, but basically mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and bok choy are delicious I always put bok choy in hot pot dishes;;;haha
STEP 9/13
I cut 1/2 of tofu into bite-size pieces and put it on top
STEP 10/13
Put the noodles on top
STEP 11/13
Boil the marinated beef and octopus with only 1/3 of the anchovy broth in the hot pot, and then add it to the boil Add an extra tablespoon of soy sauce. (It might overflow as the vegetables come out.)
STEP 12/13
Boil it on high heat
STEP 13/13
It's perfect if you boil it over high heat and then lower it over low heat! If you need more seasoning, add salt^^ I also added about 1 tablespoon. ^^
