Chinese oyster sauce, stir-fried eggplants, and you're done!
I like eggplants. It was hard to cook this eggplant deliciously in the early days of newlyweds. So I used to cook and grill vegetables, but I made stir-fried eggplant with Chinese oyster sauce and it's really good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Especially, I like stir-fried bean stalks, so I made stir-fried oyster sauce with soy stalks.
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry minced garlic and spicy peppers in an oiled pan. When it smells spicy, add eggplants and bean stalks and stir-fry slightly. It takes longer than expected to cook eggplants and bean stalks, so pour some water and cook the ingredients thoroughly.
STEP 3/4
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry the eggplant so that the seasoning permeates.
STEP 4/4
Add salt while tasting it, and if the eggplant feels mushy, it's done.
