Cooking Steps

Divide the bread into quarters
STEP 2/8
Heat the pan over high heat and bake the bread backwards
STEP 3/8
Reduce heat and sprinkle 2T of water evenly on the bread and flip it back and forth I used a total of 4T
STEP 4/8
Press down with a presser and remove the bread with a spatula or chopsticks to prevent it from sticking Grill it until it's golden brown
STEP 5/8
Sprinkle some water on the bread, bake it flat, and put mozzarella cheese on it
STEP 6/8
Flip it over
STEP 7/8
Scrape the floor with a wooden spatula and turn it back and forth once more
STEP 8/8
