Cut off the yellow leaves or tough, thick pieces of pepper leaves with your hands

Rinse several times, shaking gently, and drain on a strainer tray.

Put 1/2 tablespoon of salt in boiling water and add the washed pepper leaves and stir and blanch for 50 to 60 seconds.
When making seasoned red pepper leaves, do not wait for more than a minute as it will dry up if you blanch it for a long time.

Blanch it, shake it again in cold water, rinse it 2-3 times, and squeeze the water with your hands.

If the seasoned red pepper leaves are bland, you can order it with soy sauce, but don't make it too salty.
You can add or subtract chili powder to your liking.
