If you don't have Crushed Red Pepper, you don't have to put it in

Add a lot of Romaine lettuce
You have to remove the water so that the sandwich doesn't get soggy over time

Cover the bread and finish the sandwich
Wrap it tightly with a plastic wrap and cut it
It's a protein rich and light sandwich.
If you have black olives, you can add them together to create a deeper taste
Spread the whole grain on each side of the bread, so scrambled eggs are okay to be bland
You have to dry the romaine lettuce before making it soggy
