Cut one eggplant in half and slice it diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.

Remove the blood from the beef with a kitchen towel and cut it long or bite-sized.

Grease the pan, add a handful of chopped green onions, and make green onion oil first over medium heat.

When green onions are golden brown, add beef and stir-fry.

When the meat is cooked and stiff, push the meat and eggplant to one side of the pan, pour 1T of thick soy sauce into the empty space of the pan, press it down, and mix.

And add 1T of cooking wine

Add 1T of oyster sauce.

Add 1T of sesame oil and stir-fry it well.
