STEP 1/10
Wash and prepare ripe kimchi, drain the tuna can oil!
STEP 2/10
Put sesame oil and sugar in the washed and drained ripe kimchi and mix them with your hands. I'm going to neutralize the sourness of ripe kimchi!
STEP 3/10
Rice is the same as regular kimbap^^ Add a little salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil, and mix the seasoning with a spatula, drawing the rice into 11 shapes. The point is to make sticky, salty, and savory rice!
STEP 4/10
Prepare a can of tuna by removing the oil, then mix with mayonnaise and sugar. There is no exact measurement in this process. Put it in according to your preference!
STEP 5/10
I'm going to roll it like gimbap now!
Place 4 sheets of kimchi on top of the big leaves.
STEP 6/10
Place rice and tuna on top of it in order.
STEP 7/10
Rice and kimchi are well attached, so you can roll them well without a separate tool. Dry the perilla oil on top of the mukchammal^^
STEP 8/10
Cut it into the size you want with a knife and it's done^^
STEP 9/10
You can sprinkle sesame seeds, or if you have perilla leaves or other vegetables to your liking, you can add or subtract them.
STEP 10/10
Mukchammal is delicious, but it's much better with grilled pork neck^^
Have a nice meal!
